With O2's recently launched TuGo software, you can make and receive calls, send and receive texts and check your voicemail on any supported device, not just your phone, and calls and texts come out of your bundle. So you can use your free minutes to make calls from your PC, tablet, or another smartphone, even if it is not on O2. The service works over the internet, so your PC/device needs to have internet access, e.g. Wi-fi. The software is currently available for Apple iOS 5+ devices, Android 2.3.1+ for smartphones/tablets, and Windows 7 only for PC users. It's currently (June 2013) only available for O2 Pay Monthly but they're working on making it available for Pay and Go and Business customers.
